Located in the guest house, an open concept kitchen and living area are transformed into a home theater system with the touch of a button. Motorized shades conceal an all-glass wall to set the mood for a movie, with in-wall speakers hidden behind the acoustically-transparent projection screen.

In other rooms with TVs all you see is the TV and a remote, since satellite boxes and other ugly video devices are hidden away in a central location.

Some of the most impressive items are things you don’t see - at first. In the living room, a motorized lift closes the TV cabinet when it isn’t in use. In the master bedroom, a 65” TV disappears into an ornate mirror when turned off.
